Federal Chess League 2019/20 (Austria, women)
The 2019/20 season was the ninth season of the Austrian Women's Bundesliga in chess .
The ten participating teams were supposed to play a simple round- robin tournament , which was canceled after 6 of 9 rounds due to the COVID-19 pandemic ; the intermediate result was rated as the final result. For the first time this season, a 2nd Bundesliga was played, the winner of which has the right to play a playoff for promotion against the bottom of the 1st Bundesliga. The champions were SK Advisory Invest Baden , which relegated defending champion ASVÖ Pamhagen to second place.
