The Schalggenburg is an abandoned castle near the village of Wannweil, a current part of the community of Wannweil in the Reutlingen district in Baden-Württemberg .
In the local area of the village of Wannweil, an abandoned castle in the "Burghau" right above the Echaz and one south of the church are suspected. In the 14th century, the Lords of Blankenstein owned the local rule as a fiefdom of the Diocese of Constance and the Lords of Wildenau.
