Schanze ears

The Schanze Jungs is a suspected fortification ( Schanze ) in Hünstelden - Ears . It was only mentioned in passing by Karl August von Cohausen , without any further details. The reference to the field name "Schanzenkopf", on which a prehistoric barrow is located, results from historical maps. There may be a connection to the Bechtheimer Gebück .
