The scarlet oak is a scarlet oak in the Berlin district of Altglienicke in the Treptow-Köpenick district .

Cast iron board

The scarlet oak is on the corner of Köpenicker Strasse and Besenbinderstrasse. Next to the tree is a light-gray boulder on which a cast-iron plate made by the art blacksmith's workshop Achim Kühn is attached, which was erected in December 2000 in the presence of the association's chairman, Dr. Helmut Rademacher and District Councilor Dieter Schmitz was unveiled. The following inscription is on the board : Scharlacheiche / donated on the occasion of the / 625th anniversary / von Altglienicke / in the year 2000 / Bürgererverein Altglienicke eV
