Look me in the eye, Audrey (English. Finding Audrey ) is Sophie Kinsella's first novel, which is not only addressed to adults, but also to young people. The English original was published in 2015 under the name " Finding Audrey" , published by Penguin . Anja Galic translated the book from the original into German and the publication took place at cbj .

The author is best known for her Shopaholic -Romanreihe, from the first book of the director JP Hogan was filmed.

What is special about the novel "Look into my eyes, Audrey" is that the author deals with a completely new topic. She deals with topics such as anxiety disorders in adolescents, overwhelmed parents and gaming in the virtual world.

Audrey is a teenager with an anxiety disorder. She suffers from a social phobia, hardly goes outside and just hides behind her sunglasses. But when suddenly Linus, her brother's friend, shows up, it seems like she'll make it back into the real world.
