The Central Culture and Recreation Park "Shevchenko" - ( Ukrainian Парк культури та відпочинку ім Т. Г. Шевченка. ) - named after the Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko (from the 1790s to 1925 "Potemkin Garden" - Russian Потёмкинский сад ). Along with Lasar Hloba Park , it is one of the two major city parks in the Ukrainian city ​​of Dnipro .
