Battle of Krottensee
The Battle of Krottensee was a military conflict that occurred during the Spanish War of Succession in the east of Neuhaus an der Pegnitz located village Krottensee occurred.
On May 24, 1703, an alliance of imperial-Habsburg units and troops of the Frankish imperial circle on the one hand and curbarian armed forces on the other faced each other. The battle ended with a heavy defeat of the Kurdish army , the remnants of which withdrew to the Upper Palatinate Auerbach .
