Aubach Castle (Lauf)
Aubach Castle is a baroque castle in Lauf in the Ortenau district . It is east of the Erlenbad-Lauf road.
The simple two-story plastered building with a mansard roof was built around 1720/30. In 1835/40 it received a neo-Gothic extension. In 1893 the associated utility building was renewed. In 1972 the neo-Gothic extension was canceled.
The television presenter Dieter Thomas Heck and his wife Ragnhild lived in the castle from 1986 to April 2009 .
