history

The castle was built around 1750 by Count Emmerich Batthyány. In 1890 two corner towers were added. The Sattler textile factory has been housed in this building since the 1920s.

The now glass portal and the interior have been completely changed by the conversion into a factory. On the front, the corner towers are richly decorated with historical decorative elements, while these are completely absent on the side.
