Ehrenhausen Castle is a castle north of the historical center of the city of Klagenfurt am Wörthersee and is located at the foot of the Spitalsberg in the Feschnig district .

The castle was first mentioned in a document in 1588, the owners were then a family von Neuhaus. Today the castle is privately owned.

Ehrenhausen Palace is a three-part building complex. The oldest part is the south-east wing from the 16th century. The hexagonal tower with onion helmet is striking. The west wing dates from the 17th century. It is a three-storey building, the bay windows are supported by corbels and stand across the corner. The youngest component connects to the north.
