Neo-Gothic castle La Brosse

The La Brosse Castle is located in the town of Farges-Allichamps in the French department of Cher . Built in the 13th century, the original to a burned Seigneurie belonging mainly used for hunting castle in 1862 down to its foundations. The current building was built in neo-Gothic style with medieval facade decorations and was completed in 1866.

Château de la Brosse is surrounded by a vast, from 1862 to 1870 by the famous landscape architect Paul de Lavenne , comte de Choulot landscaped landscaped garden in which, inter alia, to cave and two lakes are, one of them with an island.
