The house at Schmollerstraße 60 and 62 in Heilbronn is a listed historic workers' residence near the former Heilbronn Südbahnhof .
history
Like the entire row of houses from numbers 56 to 64 on Schmollerstraße, the house was built in 1913 by the building contractor W. Schneider in the style of historicism using exposed brick. 1950 number 60 belonged to Karl Schumm from Ilshofen. No. 62 belonged to the widow Wilhelmine Lörcher, on the ground floor was Luise Hoffmann's wool and handicraft shop. In 1961 No. 60 belonged to Richard Scheuerle, No. 62 had passed into the possession of the heirs of the widow Lörcher.

The two-storey building has a mansard roof with several gable dormers . The two halves of the semi-detached house are optically connected to one another by a central dwarf house with cantilevered eaves . Further design features are horizontal cornices and alternating parapet fields of the windows on the ground floor.
Schmollerstrasse runs north of the twin house. The property borders on Schmollerstraße 64 to the east, the semi-detached house Hohenstaufenstraße 4 and 6 is located in the south, and Schmollerstraße 56 and 58 to the west .
