A snow measure is an alcoholic mixed drink that is prepared and served in a mug .
preparation
First, a quarter of a liter of grain (e.g. Doornkaat ) is put into a beer mug. The first "ring" of the beer mug serves as a rough measure, up to the top of which the grain is filled. Origin of name
The measure of snow takes its name from the creamy, light head of foam that forms from the ice and lemonade.
