The residential building Schorlemerstraße 1, Luegallee 66–74 (also Kyffhäuserblock ) in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel was built in 1910–1911 according to designs by the Düsseldorf architect Gustav Utermann in the style of reform architecture with monumental bay windows and gables . The building has four floors and has been a listed building since 1985 .
