School network (organization)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

School networks exist in the form of a cooperation or an association of schools or institutions of the educational system , possibly also with institutions of the economy.

School networks serve to improve the quality of schools and teaching within the framework of institutionalized school development , preparation for work and study, but also the achievement of certain learning goals (for example in the case of the "School Network Health Promotion" in Basel, education for healthy behavior). The services of school networks can be used by educators, students and companies.

School networks also facilitate information about the school system in other countries.
