Rosenzweig Park

The Rosenzweig Park (also school parking ) is under monument protection standing park in Cologne district ruler .

The park was created in 1928/29 in a former gravel construction . It has a size of over 20,000 square meters. It is located in the middle of Zollstock between the municipal elementary school on Rosenzweigweg, Vorgebirgstraße, Zollstocksweg and Bornheimer Straße and borders the Melanchthon Church .

The park is divided into a higher rose garden on Bornheimer Straße, a large L-shaped lawn and another lawn in front of the former Zollstocker bathing establishment on Rosenzweigweg. A large sandpit system was dismantled in favor of a lawn.
