School administrative assistant
A school administration assistant (SchulVA - also school administration assistant) is an administrative clerk or a civil servant who is deployed in schools to relieve the school management and teachers of administrative tasks.
In North Rhine-Westphalia administrative employees have been deployed in schools since April 2007 as part of a pilot experiment. The administrative staff are recruited from areas of the state administration in which the previous tasks have ceased due to the administrative structural reform in North Rhine-Westphalia, or from volunteers who can be transferred (or implemented) to the respective area.
The employees concerned were initially deployed in the schools as part of transitional assignments by the North Rhine-Westphalia Personnel Deployment Management .
The school administration assistants have no fixed tasks. You may be occupied with everything that is not lessons and is not one of the tasks of the school authority. In North Rhine-Westphalia, an evaluation of the pilot test was planned for 2010, of which there will be a final report.
Similar attempts have been made in Hessen and Baden-Württemberg, among others .
