Georg Herrnstadt

Georg “Schurli” Herrnstadt (* 1948 in Vienna ) is an Austrian musician , composer and author as well as ORF editor in Club 2 ; He also works as an organizational consultant and trains public prosecutors and judges in interrogation techniques .

Life

Georg Herrnstadt studied physics and philosophy at the University of Vienna from 1968 to 1975 . In 1971 he was a founding member of the band Butterflies . Later he appeared both as a soloist and in a duo with Willi Resetarits , with whom he not only composed almost all the songs on his own album MorgenGrauen , but also a song for the album Kieberei zwo three of the group Kottan's Kapelle. Herrnstadt has been working on theater and radio play music since 1986 and also directs radio plays and children's theater. Since 1988 he has also worked at the Vienna Volkstheater . Together with Max Edelbacher he wrote the book You have the right to be silent: How liars are convicted .
