Black Order (ribbon)

Schwarzer Orden is a right-wing rock band from Berlin , which was founded in 1998 as the successor to Macht & Ehre .

Band history

Stephan Jones founded Schwarzer Orden in 1998 after the temporary end of Macht & Ehre. The name is a term often used in right-wing rock circles for the SS , which results from the black uniform of the SS soldiers. Schwarzer Orden have released four albums with right-wing extremist music to date, three of which are indexed . In 2006 a compilation of two albums was released on the right-wing rock label Wotan Records.

There is also a split release with close combat . Even after the new start of Macht & Ehre, the project remained active.

ideology

As with Macht & Ehre, the National Socialist reference is already evident in the cover design of the CDs. The covers show Wehrmacht soldiers or recordings of Hitler Youth drumming . The texts, too, refer to the leading figures of National Socialism in a positive way, for example in the song The Trial of Hermann Göring , who was silent about his crimes during the Nuremberg Trials . The lyrics are more moderate compared to the previous volume, but they still contain calls for violence against political opponents and foreigners.
