Nahkampf is a right-wing rock band founded in Bremen in 1988 , which is related to the neo-Nazi network Blood & Honor , which is banned in Germany .

Band history

The debut album Schutt & Asche was released in 1994 via Rebelles Européens . A reprint via the Blood & Honor label ISD Records reached a circulation of 5,000 copies. Of the five CDs published so far, Schutt und Asche (published 1994) and Alarm (published 1999) were indexed. In 2002 both albums were re-released in a defused version on the CD Legion Condor . In 2001 the band released a split CD each with the Russian band Kolovrat (Russian: swastika ) and Schwarzer Orden , both of which were released by the Chemnitz label PC-Records . The song Ein Krieger is on the schoolyard CD from 2005 distributed by the NPD . Further participations can be found with Deeds Instead of Words on the sampler Blood & Honor Volume 3 and with Attack is the best defense on The Germans Come II (1999) as well on the international sampler of the Bielefeld fanzine Our World , on which Der Stürmer and Konkwista 88 are also represented.

The singer Hannes Ostendorf , who participated in an arson attack on a Bremen refugee home in 1991, is the front man of the band Category C - Hungry Wolves .

The two “A” on the band lettering are based very closely on the SA emblem. On September 19, 2000, the right-wing extremist publisher Jens Pühse ( Pühse's list ) registered the close combat logo as a word and image mark . Nevertheless, the "A" on the split CD with Kolovrat was blacked out in various mail-order catalogs for the right-wing extremist scene.
