Martin Langebach

Martin Langebach (* 1969 ) is a sociologist ( MA ) and social pedagogue ( diploma ) from Düsseldorf with a research focus on youth and cultural sociology as well as right-wing extremism , on which he has published since the 1990s. For a while he also published under the pseudonym Christian Dornbusch .

Since 2014 Martin Langebach has been a consultant at the Federal Agency for Civic Education with a focus on right-wing extremism, especially right-wing extremism and youth (cultures).

He was previously a doctoral scholarship holder of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and a research assistant at the neo-Nazism department at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences . He was also a speaker for Arguments & Culture against Law eV from Bielefeld at numerous lectures and information events, for example at schools.

Langebach is the editor and author of several specialist and subject-specific books and writes regular articles for Der Rechts Rand . Some of his articles from various publications are also part of the information platforms Turn it down and Netz gegen Nazis . He is also an author or advisory expert for articles on various topics of right-wing extremism, which have previously appeared in the Süddeutsche Zeitung , the Rheinische Post , the Thüringische Landeszeitung or the trade union of the police .
