It is located south of the center of Bad Suderode, on the north side of Schwedderbergstraße in a corner. Immediately to the west of the house, Jägerstrasse joins Schwedderbergstrasse. The Schwedderberg rises to the south . The building is registered as a spa pension in the local monument register.
Architecture and history
The house was built around 1900 as a spa pension, whereby the design is based on the shape of a historical palace . The entrance to the house is facing the Schwedderbergstrasse on the south side of the house and is emphasized by a tower-like risalit . There is a wooden winter garden to the side of the building .
The front garden of the property is provided with a plot of land fencing from the construction period.
The hotel Résidence Le petit Palais has five suites.
