The house at Schwedderbergstraße 31 was a listed building in the Bad Suderode district of the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It was located south of the center of Bad Suderodes, on the north side of Schwedderbergstrasse. The Schwedderberg rises to the south . The building was registered as a spa pension in the local register of monuments.
Architecture and history
The house was built around 1870 in the style of late classicism . The floor plan was laid out in an H-shape. The middle section stood at the eaves facing the street, was single-storey and had five axes. To the side of this, symmetrical, gable- facing, three-axis risalits were added, each with an entrance door offset to the center. The facade of the wide house consisted of a wooden panel.
In 2004 the building was demolished. The property was then built on with new residential houses.
