Switzerland currently
Schweiz aktuell (from 1981 to approx. 1993 DRS aktuell ) is a news program on Swiss radio and television . It is broadcast Monday to Friday at 7 p.m. on SRF 1 . The program consists primarily of reports on events from all regions in Switzerland and is presented in Swiss German . The earlier broadcasts on this slot were Antenne , Report before eight (1975–1977) and Blickpunkt (1977–1981).
The special programs Schweiz aktuell extra report on particularly important topics, such as after elections or votes. Interview partners are also invited. In addition, complex special programs , so-called “focus weeks” (2013 for example on the law issue ) and reality programs such as Das Internat - school like 50 years ago or Pfyn 's pile dwellers are produced again and again.
Almost all contributions since January 3, 2000 are available in the broadcast archive.
Currently (July 2020) the program is alternately moderated by Sabine Dahinden Carrel , Michael Weinmann , Katharina Locher (currently on maternity leave, represented by Catherine Thommen ), Oceana Galmarini and Mario Torriani . Basil Honegger has been the editorial manager since April 2016.
