The Swiss Institute for Comparative Law SIR , ( French Institut suisse de droit comparé , ISDC ; English Swiss Institute of Comparative Law ) is an independent federal institution based in Lausanne , which has the task, among other things, of providing legal opinions on foreign law for the federal authorities, Create dishes and private.
