Screamin 'Eagle in Six Flags St. Louis ( Eureka , Missouri , USA ) is a wooden roller coaster manufactured by Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters with the serial number 145 , which was opened on April 10, 1976.

When it opened in 1976 for the United States' Bicentennial, it was listed by the Guinness Book of Records as the tallest roller coaster in the world at 34 meters. It has an L-shaped out-and-back layout. Screamin 'Eagle was the last roller coaster to be constructed by the renowned John C. Allen who was a historic roller coaster designer. Everyone believed that a roller coaster should not only impress for its thrill, but also for its magnificent beauty.

renovation

In 1990 the trains were replaced and from 2003 to 2006 Screamin 'Eagle received some significant repairs such as paintwork, new rails and a replacement of the control panel. Despite these repairs, Screamin 'Eagle retained its old driving feel, which adds to the thrill of driving and the feeling of being out of control.

Trains

Screamin 'Eagle has two trains with six cars each. Four people (two rows of two people) can be seated in each car.
