Sebastian Stock (born November 15, 1977 ) is a former German curler . He has been the National Coach Elite for the Swiss curling association SWISSCURLING since 2017.

Stock made his international debut in 1995 at the Junior Curling World Championships in Perth , where he won his first precious metal with a silver medal. At the EM 2002 he became European champion for the first time. At the 2004 European Championship, Stock was able to win the title of European Champion again.

Stock played for Germany at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City as Skip. The team finished the tournament in sixth place.
