Spencer Mugnier (born December 1, 1972 ) is a French curler .

Mugnier made his international debut in 1990 at the Junior World Curling Championships in Portage la Prairie , but he remained without a medal. In 1992 he won the silver medal at the JWM in Oberstdorf and in 1993 in Grindelwald also the bronze medal at the JWM.

Mugnier played for France at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City as a lead. The team finished the tournament in fifth place.
