The house with the postal address Seestraße 9 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on Seestraße .

On the site on Seestrasse, between Johannischorstrasse and Fährwall, a copper and boiler forge was established in 1900 - one of the early industrial plants on Stralsund's old town island. The two-storey building, built as the entrepreneur's villa , is made of brick .

The two northern axes of the four-axis facade facing Seestrasse are designed as a flat template; they are crowned by a triangular gable with decorative towers.

A wide ornamental frieze runs under the eaves .

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 701.
