The glider flying site in ceiling Pfronn-Egelsee is located on the B 295 between Herrenberg and Calw in ceiling Pfronn on the edge of the Black Forest . The airfield is operated by the Flugsportverein Sindelfingen eV .
Motor glider , F-towing and winch launch are carried out on the 950 m long grass runway . Self-launch is also possible for locally registered, environmentally friendly motor gliders and a VLA motor aircraft.
The location of the airfield offers opportunities for cross-country flights to the Black Forest, Swabian Alb and Odenwald.
