The old house Seidenweber Road 48 is in the district Herrath in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The building was built in the 18th century. It was entered under no. P. 004 on September 24, 1985 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The property is located in the Herrath district between 19th century brick courtyards.

architecture

It is a two-storey, former transversely opened gable house made of half-timbered timber framing from the 18th century with a sloping side to the west. The slightly protruding gable roof on the gable side is hipped on the rear. Characteristic rural house in typical regional construction, the basic structure of which has remained legible despite numerous interventions.
