Self-commitment strategies

In the game theory sense, self- binding strategies form the basis for successful strategic moves , as they bind the players to their own statements and actions and thus limit or make impossible a possible change of heart or withdrawal. One of the most important strategies is self-commitment and its credibility , which can be strengthened or consolidated, in particular through reputation and written contracts .
