Selen Gül Altunkulak (born December 2, 1997 in Valence ) is a French - Turkish soccer player .

Career

In the club

Altunkulak moved to FC Vendenheim's U-19s in 2011 and played for FCF Monteux's U-19s for the 2012/2013 season . After a season at Monteux, she returned to Vendenheim, where she made her debut on September 20, 2013 in Division 2 Féminine , Group A, in a 2-0 win against US Rouvroy. Altunkulak played 21 games in two seasons and scored 8 goals before joining FC Metz-Algrange in June 2015 . She played 10 games in the 2015/2016 season and scored 6 goals, helping FC Metz to rise to the top French women's league . Altunkulak made 20 appearances and 8 goals in the Championnat de France de D1 in the 2016/2017 season and was therefore recommended for the Turkish national soccer team. After a season in Division 1, Metz rose again and Altunkulak extended her contract.

International

On February 22, 2017, Altunkulak was appointed to the Turkish national team for the Gold City Cup. Altunulak made his debut for Turkey on March 1, 2017, as part of the Gold City Cup in Alanya, in a 1: 3 defeat against the Romanian women's national football team . She then played in the World Cup qualification for Turkey, where she scored her first international goal against Montenegro on April 6, 2017. In the second qualifying game, she scored a hat trick in a 9-1 win over Luxembourg.
