The Selstranda ( Norwegian for Robben beach ) is a small beach at the Esmarch Coast to the west of the subantarctic Bouvet Island in the South Atlantic . It is north of the headland of Norvegiaodden .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1980.
