Semlower Strasse 42 (Stralsund)
The building with the postal address Semlower Straße 42 is a listed building on Semlower Straße in Stralsund .
The three-storey and eight-axle , traufständige stucco building originates from the first half of the 18th century. It was badly damaged in a fire in 1956 and rebuilt in a simplified form in the following years.
The double-leaf front door with a diamond pattern in the upper part and curved mirrors in the lower part has been preserved in the original.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 714.
