Sentiero del Viandante

The Sentiero del Viandante is a hiking trail that consists largely of narrow paths and historic mule tracks that converge on the eastern side of Lake Como , starting from Lierna and ending on Colico . In terms of tourism, it opens up a number of sights, such as the Graveyard of the English laid out in 1820 or the Castello di Vezio .

The path is part of a historical connection between Milan and Switzerland. It was laid out as a hiking trail in 1989. At the moment the trail, which is divided into several stages, has a length of 45 km
