Sepp Ritter

Sepp Ritter (born January 29, 1912 in Mauren ; † 1984 ) was a Liechtenstein veterinarian and a leading member of the People's German Movement in Liechtenstein (VDBL).

Ritter was a citizen of the municipality of Moors. He studied veterinary medicine in Vienna . After his doctorate as Dr. med. vet. he opened a veterinary practice in Schaan in 1937 .

Ritter was an active member of the Volksdeutsche movement in Liechtenstein. According to his own information since 1940. In 1941/1942 he replaced Martin Hilti as head of the sports department of the VDBL. From March 1943 to May 1945 he was regional director of the VDBL. Furthermore, he was, according to his own statements, sporadically, an employee of Der Umbruch , the VDBL's combat journal.

Ritter was married.
