Seramil is a place and a former municipality in northern Portugal .

Seramil belongs to the district Amares in Braga District . The community had an area of ​​4 km² and 182 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Seramil, Paredes Secas and Vilela were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Vilela, Seramil e Paredes Secas .
