Sereina Zwissler (born April 1, 1998 in St. Gallen ) is a Swiss floorball player . She is under contract with the National League A representative UHC Dietlikon .

Career

Beginnings

Zwissler began her career at UHC Waldkirch-St. Gallen. In 2014 she made her debut in the first team of the UHC Waldkirch-St. Gallen in the National League B . In her first season, she played 15 games for the eastern Swiss.

UHC Dietlikon

For the 2015/16 season, the U19 international moved to UHC Dietlikon in the U21 team. There the Waldkircherin completed 14 games. After strong performances in the U21, she was appointed to the first team at UHC Dietlikon in 2016. She won the Swiss Cup with Dietlikon in her first season. Two weeks after the 2017 Cup final, the UHC Dietlikon announced the contract extension with the 19-year-old. On February 7, 2018, UHC Dietlikon announced the renewed contract extension with the defender.

National team

Zwissler made his debut for the Swiss U19 national floorball team on the Euro Floorball Tour in 2014 . She collected four penalty minutes. Due to the strong performance under trainer Rhyner, she was nominated for the Euro Floorball Tour the following year. In 2016 she took part in a world championship for the first time. She was used in the fourth line with the Catrina Cotti and Carola Kuhn. In the group game against Norway she delivered the assist to 8: 2 by Sindy Rüegger .
