Sergiu Cioban (born March 7, 1988 ) is a Moldovan racing cyclist .
Sergiu Cioban started in the U23 class at the 2007 road cycling world championship in Stuttgart . He was 32nd in the individual time trial and 101st in the road race .
He was Moldovan champion seven times, including six times in the individual time trial and once in the road race.
