Setter Hill (Tingwall)

The Setter Hill is a 116-meter-high mountain in the area of Tingwall on Mainland , the main island of the Scottish Shetlands . The nearest town is Veensgarth, three kilometers to the northeast . After Scalloway in the south there are four, according to Lerwick , capital of Shetland in the East seven kilometers. Setter Hill falls within the Community Council Area of Tingwall, Whiteness and Weisdale .

The Setter Hill is surrounded by a series of lakes ( loch ), the mountain breaks off steeply to the immediately west adjoining Loch of Ustaness . In the southeast the Setter Hill merges into the Gallow Hill , in the north into the Hill of Grista .
