Sextus Quintilius Condianus (Consul 180)

Sextus Quintilius Condianus (* in Alexandria Troas , † 182 in Rome ) was a Roman politician and senator .

Condianus came from Alexandria Troas in the province of Asia and was a son of Sextus Quintilius Valerius Maximus , who was consul in 151 . After Cassius Dio , Condianus was in Pannonia in 177/178 in order to carry out military operations there. Apparently he was legate of the province of Pannonia inferior until his replacement at the latest in 179, when he took up his regular consulate for 180 . Condianus was executed by Commodus in 182 .
