The Seyðisfjarðarflói is a bay on the east coast of Iceland .
It is located between the Álftavíkurtangi and Dalatangi headlands in the south. The Seyðisfjarðarflói is divided into two large fjords: In the north lies the uninhabited Loðmundarfjörður (3 km wide, 6 km deep) and in the south the Seyðisfjörður (4 km wide, 16 km deep) with the town of the same name and the ferry port. The headland between the two fjords is called Borgarnes.
