Yusuf Al-Fozan

Shaikh Yusuf Abdulla Al-Fozan ( Arabic يوسف عبد الله الفوزان, DMG Yūsuf ʿAbd Allāh al-Fauzān ; * October 12, 1913 ; †?) Was a Saudi diplomat .

Career

In 1940 he was the royal works director in Jedda and consul in Basra . In 1943 he was consul in Jerusalem under the League of Nations mandate for Palestine . From 1954 to 1955 he was Consul, later Consul General in Bombay . From 1956 to 1963 he was ambassador to New Delhi . From 1968 to 1969 he was ambassador to Tehran . From October 16, 1969 to 1973 he was ambassador to Madrid .

From 1974 to 1976 he was ambassador to New Delhi again .
