Shōma Kamata ( Japanese 鎌 田 翔 雅 Kamata Shōma ; born June 15, 1989 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Kamata learned to play football in Shonan Bellmare's youth team . He signed his first contract with Shonan Bellmare in 2008. The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . For the club he completed nine league games. In 2010 he was loaned to league rivals JEF United Chiba . For the club he completed 15 league games. In 2011 he returned to Shonan Bellmare. In 2012 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League . For the club, he completed 81 league games. In 2014 he moved to the second division club Fagiano Okayama . For the club he completed 15 league games. In 2015 he moved to the first division club Shimizu S-Pulse . At the end of the 2015 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League. In 2016 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted back to the J1 League. For the club he completed 51 league games. In 2020 he moved to third division club Blaublitz Akita .
