Shai Gabso ( Hebrew שי גבסו) (Born July 20, 1984 in Rishon Lezion , Israel ) is an Israeli singer . He became known for participating in the Israeli television show Kochav Nolad ("A Star Is Born").

Life

In his childhood he took part in numerous singing competitions for children.

Artistic career

In 2003 he took part in the first episode of the reality TV show Kochav Nolad , where he performed the song Esh ( Hebrew אש, "Fire") took 3rd place.

In May 2004 Gabso released his album Arim roshi ( Hebrew ארים ראשי, “I will raise my head”), which he wrote and composed himself. The album was promoted to the Golden Album .

Gabso's song Yom VeOd Yomaim ( Hebrew יום ועוד יומיים, “One day and two more days”) was named song of the year by the Israeli annual Hebrew song chart on the radio channels Reshet Gimmel and Galgalatz .

In December 2004, Shai won the Israeli Song Festival with the song Mishehu gadol ( Hebrew מישהו גדול, “Someone Who Is Great”) written by Hannah Goldberg and composed by Dudi Levi.

In 2006 he released his second album Bimkomi ( Hebrew במקומי, "In my place") and in June 2009 his third album Karavan ( Hebrew קרוואן, "Karavan").
