Shangcheng (Hangzhou)

The city district of Shangcheng ( Chinese  上 城區  /  上 城区 , Pinyin Shàngchéng Qū  - "upper town") is a district of the sub-provincial city of Hangzhou , the capital of the Zhejiang Province in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of ​​18.17 km² and has a population of 362,000 (2005).
