Xiacheng

The Xiacheng District ( 下 城區  /  下 城区 , Xiàchéng Qū  - "Lower City") is a district of the sub-provincial city of Hangzhou , the capital of the Zhejiang Province in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of ​​31.46 km² and has 405,000 inhabitants (2005).

Administrative structure

At the municipality level, the city district is made up of eight street quarters.
