The Binjiang District ( 濱江 區  /  滨江 区 , Bīnjiāng Qū ) is a district of the sub-provincial city of Hangzhou , the capital of Zhejiang Province in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of ​​73.33 km² and has 131,000 inhabitants (2005).
