Shawn Murphy
Shawn Murphy (born May 16, 1948 in Los Angeles ) is an American sound engineer who was awarded an Oscar .

Murphy graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in media communications. After working as a sound engineer in television in the 1970s, he has worked for many years with the American film music composer John Williams . Among other things, he drew for the clay in
- Schindler's List ,
- Star Wars (episodes 1–3) and
- Jurassic Park
responsible.
In total, he worked on over 300 films and television programs.
